About This Guide

Give the Next Post a Clearer Purpose

Content planning becomes harder when the idea is in one message, the final asset is somewhere else and nobody knows which version is ready. This bundle gives those everyday decisions a practical home. Start with one objective for a post, name the person responsible and keep the stage and asset link beside the idea. Build a record that another person, or your future self, can follow.

Connect the Brief With the Work Ahead

The Calendar records a Post ID, publication date, channel, objective, topic or angle, owner, stage and asset URL. Use those fields to make the next handoff more explicit before opening a publishing tool. A separate planning worksheet helps you identify the audience, key message, supporting evidence and call to action. Asset sources, permissions and review changes stay part of the conversation rather than becoming an afterthought.

Look Beyond an Encouraging Headline Metric

The Results sheet keeps reach, engagements, link clicks and conversions beside a manually entered Post ID. Its rates show the denominator: engagements divided by reach and conversions divided by clicks. The headline click conversion uses total conversions divided by total clicks, rather than averaging row percentages. That gives the arithmetic a consistent basis while leaving platform definitions, measurement windows and attribution checks in your hands.

Keep Useful Checks Close to the Inputs

The revised results formulas wait when a populated row has missing metrics, invalid counts or a duplicate result ID. A zero denominator is labelled unavailable instead of turning into a misleading rate. These checks support a cleaner review; they do not confirm the original platform data or match Calendar records automatically. Keep exact IDs consistent, enter genuine zeros explicitly and investigate differences before drawing conclusions.

Turn a Review Into a Deliberate Next Plan

Editable HTML companions provide a content brief and a weekly review alongside the planning worksheet. Record what you published, the measurement window, possible explanations and what to repeat, revise or stop. Assign the next priorities to an owner. The value comes from keeping the purpose and evidence together, so a result leads to a question you can investigate rather than an unsupported claim about what caused it.

Use a Manageable Manual Workflow

Save a private workbook copy, clear the fictional inputs and retain the formula columns. Choose A4 or US Letter guides and fillable worksheets, or adapt the HTML text in a compatible editor. This is a digital planning toolkit for a creator or business; it does not connect social accounts, publish posts or import analytics. Bring it into the process you already use and make the next review easier to explain. Keep decisions traceable.

What You Will Receive

Your download includes an editable Excel workbook, A4 and US Letter setup guides, fillable planning worksheets in both paper sizes, editable HTML planning/brief/review templates and a customer start note. What You Can Put Into Practice

  • Prepare a focused content brief with evidence and permissions.

  • Distinguish engagement per reach from click conversion.
  • Explain why a summed-count rate differs from a mean of percentages.
  • Record a weekly repeat, revise or stop decision without claiming causation.

What’s Inside

An Editable Post-Planning Register

Use the Calendar to organise Post IDs, publication dates, channels, objectives, topics, owners, stages and asset URLs. Keep the final asset link beside the planned work and maintain the publication stage yourself. The Published count reflects the stages you enter; it does not verify a live post. Dates and identifiers remain your responsibility, with no automatic match to the separate Results table.

A Results Table With Explainable Rates

Enter reach, engagements, link clicks and conversions from your chosen reporting source. Each row calculates engagements per reach and conversions per click. The headline uses total conversions divided by total clicks. Compare equivalent windows and definitions, and reconcile overlapping attribution separately. An encouraging percentage alone cannot establish that a post caused a sale or that a different channel should receive more effort.

Planning Worksheets That Keep the Brief Complete

A4 and US Letter fillable PDFs capture an audience and objective, message and evidence, channel and format, publication date, draft copy and call to action. Further spaces keep asset permissions, reviewer changes and the measurement window visible. Save a completed copy in a compatible viewer and reopen it to check the text. These form fields store your writing; they do not calculate totals.

Editable Briefs and a Weekly Review

The HTML companion includes planning and review, a content brief and a weekly review. Develop a main claim with a supporting source, record approved copy and give the asset direction enough context. In the review, note alternative explanations beside the result before choosing what to repeat, revise or stop. Edit the text in an HTML-capable editor and save a separate working copy.

A Clear Setup and Practical Boundaries

Guides in both paper sizes explain the inputs, fictional examples, reporting routine and internal-use licence. The revised workbook checks Results completeness, non-negative whole counts and duplicate result IDs; its aggregate waits while flagged rows remain. Empty rows wait and zero denominators show n.a. Keep a clean master and stay inside prepared ranges. There is no native Google Sheet, prompt library, account connection, publishing service or automatic attribution deduplication in this bundle. The included start note explains the revised input checks and the difference between a manual stage count and confirmed publication. Matching IDs between the tables still requires your review, and metric definitions should be recorded alongside the reporting window.

Who It’s For

  • Independent Creators — You manage ideas, drafts and assets yourself and want the next post to feel less scattered. Keep its objective and stage visible, then use a brief review to decide which question deserves attention next.
  • Small-Business and Shop Owners — You create content alongside other work and need a manageable planning record. Name the owner, link the intended asset and keep the next action specific, without treating a spreadsheet entry as proof of publication.
  • Freelance Content Professionals — You prepare work for a client or colleague and want a clearer handoff. Use the brief, permission notes and approved-version space to explain the purpose and evidence behind the copy before it reaches a publishing tool.
  • Small Marketing Teams — You coordinate responsibilities and manually reviewed results across channels. Keep identifiers consistent and compare equivalent windows, using clear denominators while investigating platform differences and possible overlaps outside the workbook.
  • Community Organisers and Educators — You plan useful information for an audience and want a repeatable preparation habit. Adapt the objective, message and evidence prompts, then record what to repeat, revise or stop within the purchaser's internal-use licence.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included?

An editable Excel workbook with Calendar and Results, A4 and US Letter setup guides, fillable planning worksheets in both sizes, an editable HTML companion and a customer start note. The HTML contains planning and review, a content brief and a weekly review.

Will it schedule or publish posts for me?

No. It is a manual planning and review toolkit. Dates, owners, stages and asset links are entered by you. There are no social-account connections, automatic publishing, analytics imports, reminders or attribution deduplication.

How are the results calculated?

Engagement per reach divides engagements by reach. Click conversion divides conversions by link clicks. The headline click conversion divides total conversions by total clicks, rather than averaging post percentages. Use comparable measurement windows and platform definitions; zero denominators return n.a.

What happens if a Results row is incomplete?

A populated row needs a unique result Post ID and all four metrics as non-negative whole counts, including explicit zeros where correct. Missing, text, negative, fractional or duplicate-ID input shows Check inputs. The headline waits while flagged rows remain. These checks do not verify the platform source or automatically join the Calendar.

How many records can I enter?

Each prepared table contains 100 input rows, from row 8 through row 107. Rows outside those ranges are not included unless formulas and validation are deliberately extended. Clear the fictional input examples while keeping formula columns and headings.

Are the PDF and HTML files editable?

The planning PDFs are fillable text forms. Save and reopen a copy in a compatible viewer to confirm values; the fields do not calculate. The HTML text can be edited in an HTML-capable editor. It is not a live online form or an included Word document.

Does it include Google Sheets or AI prompts?

No native Google Sheet or AI prompt pack is included. Use compatible spreadsheet software for the XLSX. Native Excel/Google Sheets compatibility, Excel printing and local HTML browser behaviour have not been independently verified.

Can I use it for client or business work?

The licence allows internal use by one purchaser, household or business as appropriate, and sharing your own completed reports and documents. You may not resell or redistribute the template source files. The toolkit does not promise engagement, reach, conversions or sales.
